Through the mango value addition factory, Iviani Farm purchases fresh fruits and leafy vegetables (e.g., mangoes, bananas, pineapples, leafy vegetables, etc.) from local farmers and processes them into dried crips, extending their shelf life from just a few days (4-7 days) to more than 24 months. As such, we provide a guaranteed and accessible market to smallholder farmers, purchase fresh produce at a premium price, and create decent jobs for the local community.
