Vendor Selection Criteria.

VENDOR SELECTION CRITERIA  

Individual Vendor

• Products produced or processed in Makueni County to be given first priority;
• Vendor should provide a physical Address;
• The Vendor should have a KRA Pin Certificate;
• Should be at least of 18 years of Age and provide a copy of the National ID or a Passport;
• Should provide any relevant specialized licenses;
• Should provide Contact Details and Email Addresses.

Group Vendors

• Provide a valid Registration/Certificate of incorporation;
• The Group should provide a KRA Pin Certificate;
• Provide consent to participate in the online marketing platform (resolution in group minutes);
• Should provide contact details and Email Addresses;
• Products produced or processed in Makueni County to be given first priority;
• Should provide a physical Address;
• Provide any relevant specialized licenses.

 Companies

• Provide a valid Registration/Certificate of incorporation;
• The company should provide a KRA Pin Certificate;
• Provide consent (for joint venture) to participate in the online marketing platform;
• Provide any relevant specialized licenses
• Should provide contact details and Email Addresses;
• Products produced or processed in Makueni County to be given first priority;
• Should provide a physical Address;
